1. 掌握進(jìn)出口、國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)輸?shù)恼袠?biāo)程序、合同定稿。
2. 熟悉進(jìn)出口清關(guān)規(guī)則。
3. 熟悉關(guān)稅規(guī)則。
4. 了解國(guó)際貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)解釋通則,熟悉各種進(jìn)出口術(shù)語(yǔ)。
5. 執(zhí)行各種
物流方案/可行性,并建議適當(dāng)?shù)男袆?dòng)。
6. 在最終確定之前進(jìn)行運(yùn)費(fèi)分析,并提供改進(jìn)意見。
7. 留意對(duì)貨運(yùn)成本有影響的各種政府通告或任何補(bǔ)貼,并在審查合同時(shí)向利益相關(guān)方提供意見。
8. 優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸路線的成本效益措施。
9. 根據(jù)s&op團(tuán)隊(duì)提供的調(diào)度信息,制定月度進(jìn)出口和國(guó)內(nèi)運(yùn)輸
物流計(jì)劃。
10. 進(jìn)行
物流可行性研究,并為在新地點(diǎn)建立工廠提供合適的決策。
11. 分析運(yùn)費(fèi),搬運(yùn)和
其他物流費(fèi)用,并確定改進(jìn)的范圍。
12. 遵守所有必要的sop。
13. 為指定

14. 負(fù)責(zé)運(yùn)輸安全評(píng)估流程。
